My favorite way to start my day is with a good journaling session. A journal is a safe, private space for just yourself and your thoughts.
Through consistent journaling practices, I’ve learned that a really powerful way to align with your highest self is through written word! We’ll talk more about that another day, but today I want to share my new favorite morning journaling routine with you.
MORNING JOURNALING PROMPTS
- What are 3 things you are grateful for?
- What are 3 things you can accomplish today?
- What is your intention for the day?
- How will you feel at the end of the day?
- What’s something you can do for yourself today?
These five questions have been shifting my day to day life, helping me to feel gratitude and get clear on my goals and intention for the day.
If you don’t know where your energy is going to go, it’ll go somewhere, so that’s why it’s important for us to know what we want to invest ourselves in! There’s so much to understand and experience here.
So take it day by day.
Write it out. Dance it out. Paint it out. Whatever form of expression feels good to you. This is just something that has been feeling really good to me lately and I feel it’s of value to share.
If you keep a journal, I would love to hear about your routines and how it’s impacted you.
Namaste
