Refund policy
We have a NO returns policy at the Spiritual Sunflower. Each item is one of a kind and cannot be replicated.
However, if your item arrives damaged, we will do everything we can to help with that. While the Spiritual Sunflower is not responsible for damages that might occur once packages are shipped out, it is our top priority that our pieces arrive to their homes safely.
To be eligible for a return, you need to send in a photograph of the damage, and have the receipt or proof of purchase handy. If it has been more than 2 weeks since the order has been placed and shipped, the Spiritual Sunflower will not be able to refund or replace your piece.
To start a return, you can contact us at thespiritualsunflower@gmail.com. Returns, refunds, exchanges, and store credit are decided on a case by case basis.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Shipping will be your responsibility. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, specifically custom pieces and real time healing services. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered at the Spiritual Sunflower, except for on specific cases where items are damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
